Unofficial: Azizah for Pandan, Izzah for Permatang Pauh, Saifuddin may be DCM

GE14 | PKR tonight released the party's complete list of candidates for the 14th general election but later issued a statement stressing that it had not been finalised.
The list appeared to be legitimate as all the Selangor candidates on it matched with the announcement made by PKR president Wan Azizah Wan Ismail at Pakatan Harapan's Kuala Selangor ceramah tonight.
However, PKR said the final version will only be released tomorrow morning, raising the possibility of some last minute changes.
Among the highlights of the yet-to-be-finalised list include Wan Azizah for the parliamentary seat of Pandan and PKR vice-president Nurul Izzah for Permatang Pauh.
PKR vice-president Tian Chua is also expected to be retained in the parliamentary seat of Batu.
Meanwhile, PKR secretary-general Saifuddin Nasution will contest two seats, namely the parliamentary seat of Kulim Bandar Baru in Kedah and also the Pantai Jerejak state seat in Penang.
Saifuddin had been touted as a possible deputy chief minister candidate in Penang.
Caretaker Penang deputy chief minister Rashid Hasnon will be sent to Johor, where he will contest in Batu Pahat. PKR's incumbent MP Mohd Idris Jusi there will be dropped.
Incumbent Penanti assemblyperson Norlela Ariffin, who has had several run-ins with the Penang government and had indicated that she may be dropped as a result, will be retained in her seat.
PKR Youth chief Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad will be fielded in Setiawangsa while Fahmi Fadzil, as widely speculated, will contest in Lembah Pantai.
Meanwhile, the party's Kamaruddin Jaafar will contest in Bandar Tun Razak.
The list also named Steven Choong for the parliamentary seat of Tebrau, Hassan Abdul Karim for Pasir Gudang, and Akmal Nasir for Johor Bahru.
In Pahang, highlights include Saifuddin Abdullah for Indera Mahkota and Fuziah Salleh for Kuantan.
However, until the list is finally unveiled at 8am tomorrow, they are still subjected to last minute changes. - Mkini
