Police Made To Look St*pid Again. Magistrate Orders Suspects Freed Immediately. Police Have Nothing Better To Do?

Folks, the Court has thrown out another silly case of arrest  by the Police. First the news. Here is The Star :

http://www.thestar.com.my/news/nation/2016/09/19/remand-request-rejected-for-duo-over-postings-on-haron-din-death/

  • Remand request rejected for duo over postings on Haron Din's death
  • JB magistrate’s court rejected remand request by police against two men
  • allegedly insulting Islam in relation to death of Haron Din on social media
  • Magistrate Noor Aisyah made decision under Section 177 of CPC
  • ordered police to free the two suspects immediately
  • Lawyer said no reasonable excuse for police to remand his clients
  • magistrate denied request from police remand two suspects, they will be freed
  • two men in police custody >12 hrs after arrest in Klang Valley early Monday
  • during custody police did not conduct any investigations
  • except taking pictures and bring them to request for remand
  • two men, 62-year and 50-year strategic communications consultant
  • arrested in Bandar Utama and Shah Alam on Monday morning
  • investigated under Section 233 of Communications and Multimedia Act
  • IGP said third person would be arrested in Ipoh
  • Haron, 76, died at hospital in US on Friday
  • MP Jeff Ooi had re-tweeted “Adios Harun Din. Let there be peace”
  • PAS Youth lodged police report in KL

These two other (earlier) news reports below are also from The Star :

Comments :  The first thing to note is that people are saying not nice things over the death of Haron Din.

Meaning there are many people who did not like him. He was liked by some but obviously also disliked by many.

To differentiate between the two, you would have to check their IQ levels.  Of course you cannot reason with people who have low IQ levels.

Here is something that will require a little bit of IQ. I checked the word 'adios' in the Cambridge Dictionary (Cambridge Dictionary means English language ok).  Adios is part of the English language now. It means "good bye". You can see for yourself.

So Jeff Ooi had said, 'Goodbye''.

Where is the crime here?

Even if you say that Jeff Ooi was being rude, it is not a crime. Since when is being rude a crime?

I am glad the Magistrate Noor Aisyah has thrown this case out the window.
