File police report if you've proof: PMO aide to Charles

Charles Suresh Morais should file a police report regarding his allegations concerning the murder of his brother, said an aide to prime minister 's wife Rosmah Mansor.
"Anyone can make allegations.
"If it is true he has evidence, then he should file a police report and ask them and the attorney-general to investigate. We don't wish to say anything," Rizal Mansor told Malaysiakini.
He also said it is best for the police and AG to handle the matter.
Rizal was responding to Charles' allegation of a conspiracy behind the brutal killing of his brother, senior deputy public prosecutor Kevin Anthony Morais.
In a statutory declaration (SD) revealed to the media yesterday, he claimed Kevin had sent him a pen drive with details of the cases he was involved in, and this included those related to people in power.
Charles also claimed the DPP, who was seconded to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), told him he was working on cases involving Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak and his wife, Rosmah Mansor.
MACC is investigating the RM42 million from the Finance Ministry-owned SRC International deposited into Najib's personal bank accounts late last year and early this year.
Charles also alleged that he recognised his brother's initials on a purported charge sheet against the prime minister, which was exposed by whistleblower website Sarawak Report.
The authorities had dismissed the charge sheet as fake while Najib denied any wrongdoing and accused his detractors of hatching a plot to topple him.
Yesterday, inspector-general of police Khalid Abu Bakar urged Charles to share the details on the pen drive and warned him about the consequences of withholding such information.
Charles' SD came two days after another brother had claimed Kevin's remains from Hospital Kuala Lumpur amid attempts to secure a second post-mortem.
The initial post-mortem had stated that Kevin died of asphyxiation.
Kevin was reported missing on Sept 4 and last seen leaving his apartment at Menara Duta in Kuala Lumpur to Putrajaya in a Proton Perdana.
His remains were found in a cemented drum at Persiaran Subang Mewah, Subang Jaya, near Kuala Lumpur on Sept 16.
Six men, including an army doctor with the rank of colonel, have been charged with the murder as well as abetting the crime. -Mkini
