TAJIUDDIN, RED SHIRTS HAVE 'BREACHED THE LIMIT': FROM NOW ON, CHINESE HERE & FROM CHINA WILL BE ON GUARD

TAJIUDDIN, RED SHIRTS HAVE 'BREACHED THE LIMIT': FROM NOW ON, CHINESE HERE & FROM CHINA WILL BE ON GUARD
‘The minorities in this country are here to stay whether you like it or not.’
Appum: Thank you, Deputy Agriculture and Agro-based Industry Minister Tajuddin Abdul Rahman for waking up my senses.
Previously I used to fantasise if the Umno-controlled government creates another May 13 riot against the minorities in Malaysia, and since they have all the guns, will new superpowers such as India and China come to the help of the minorities.
I didn't interpret the walk by Chinese ambassador Huang Huikang in Petaling Street as anything sinister other than a spot check on the situation on behalf of his nationals as students and tourists.
But now with Tajuddin's threats to the Chinese Malaysian community, I begin to realise perhaps there is a serious message to Umnoputras not to play with race and bully the minorities.
There are real "tai kors" from the South and from the East who will intervene if things really go out of hand.
Now I can understand how Tajuddin feels threatened, as he has read the message from another perspective.
Anonymous 2336091442553851: I don't know about all of you, but all these racist slurs really hurt. At the same time, it also makes us, Chinese Malaysians, much stronger.
I see daily now how the normal Malays and Chinese alike working together and actually making efforts to be nicer and more respectful of each other.
So, let’s defeat these racist ministers’ intention by being nice and respectful to all races. Do not let them win and change us. We are all Malaysians.
FREE: This is a blessing in disguise. The limit has been breached. The ‘Cina babi’ name-calling is now on the radar of China's government from now onwards.
Let the uncivilised continue and show the whole world their ill manners, arrogance and the stuff they are made of.
SMA_KJG: I do not like China to meddle in our politics. If China wants to save the Chinese here, then the Muslims around the world can go and help our brothers and sisters in Xinjiang. The Augurs (sic) are being oppressed there by China.
BernieBaby: SMA_KJG, I am no Chinese but I have had friends from all races since my first day in Standard 1.
The minorities in this country are here to stay whether you like it or not. This recent issue with the Chinese is due to a person named Najib (a Bugis) who allegedly stole our national wealth.
He's the one who needs to be banished from our land. By the way, it's Uighurs not Augurs, you should read about the Hui Muslims in China too, they seemed contented.
I have worked in Shanghai, Suzhou and Hong Kong for years and I have great respect for the Chinese - if you are productive, they will always respect you.
Negarawan: Under Najib, the cabinet is full of "otak udang" ministers like Tajuddin.
They try to make up for their intellectual disability by stirring up racial and religious sentiments to gain support among the uneducated. Their modus operandi is very predictable.
It is no wonder that Malaysia is a failed state and is getting more and more backwards compared to Singapore.
In stark contrast, Singapore ministers are chosen from among the top intellectuals and integrity forms the basis of their government.
GE14NOW!: The real question Gerakan, MCA and MIC should be asking is why they are still in bed with this openly racist party.
Why are you still kowtowing to them and behaving like dogs begging from crumbs? Get out of this unholy alliance and push them out of power.
Once that happens, all their misdeeds can be judicially investigated. It is time to populate the prisons with real crooks.
Anonymous_1391693662: Umno, Umno, Umno, you have become from bad to worse. There is no truth to whatever you have claimed all this while.
It’s a very simple issue. One man has been alleged of committing wrongdoing. All he has to do, like any other person, is prove himself innocent. That's it, and we all can move on.
But all of his actions are that of a guilty person. Why make life so difficult?
Anonymous_1419577444: Gerakan does not represent the Chinese community in Malaysia. This spat between Gerakan Youth deputy chief Andy Yong and Tajuddin is an internal BN matter. BN can deal with it any way they wish.
Just don't blame this flying kick stuff on the Chinese community.
Steven Goh: Notice that Gerakan only send their low-ranking leaders such as Yong to condemn the Umno man.
Why is party president Mah Siew Keong or Youth chief Tan Keng Liang keeping quiet? Is this their strategy to send the pawns to do the dirty job while keeping their leaders clean in the eyes of Umno?
Pisasu7: Tajuddin, good one. At the next cabinet meeting, you can line up all the Chinese ministers and slap them one at a time. - M'kini
