SSM search on Javace Sdn Bhd, the company that The Edge said belonged to Jho Low and how he used USD260m of 1MDB money to buy a public listed company called UBG Bhd.

It looks like the company is 99% owned by PetroSaudi International.

This was reported during that time on August 6, 2010 as " PetroSaudi gets nod to buy UBG" stake:http://www.thestar.com.my/Story/…

It was also announced in UBG's own corporate documents under Section "B8. Status of Corporate Proposals"

UBG had on 29 September 2010 received a Notice of Mandatory Take-over Offer (“Offer”) from Javace Sdn Bhd being a wholly-owned subsidiary of PetroSaudi International Ltd., Seychelles and the Ultimate Offeror through AmInvestment Bank to acquire all the voting shares in UBG which are not already owned by the Offeror and parties acting in concert with it (“Offer Shares”) for a cash offer price of RM2.50 per Offer Share.

As you can see from the SSM documents, Javace Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Oct 2009 and is 99% owned by PetroSaudi International. So, I am not sure how Jho Low is in there unless PetroSaudi is owned by Jho Low.
