SEREMBAN - The Felda Foundation has urged those who have bought the first edition of its Malay and English translation of the Quran – Mushaf Al-Mukminin Al-Quran Al-Karim (Rasm Uthmani) – to return the book and buyers will be given a new copy.
Felda chairman Mohd Isa Abdul Samad said they could return the book to the foundation or at any Felda office.
“There is a mistake in the publication of the first edition of the Malay and English translation of the Quran published by the foundation, but it has been corrected in the second edition,” he said when contacted by Bernama today.
He was commenting on a report in the Sinar Harian tabloid on mistakes discovered by a reader in the printing of the Quran translation by Felda Foundation.
Mohd Isa said Felda apologised for the mistake and said that it was not done intentionally to offend Muslims.
