Three Selangor executive councillors from PAS have been invited to have an audience with the state ruler from today until Wednesday, believed to be linked to the impending appointment of a new state menteri besar to replace incumbent Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim.
PAS state commissioner Iskandar Samad will be the first to the palace today, said sources, adding that Salehen Muhyi will have an audience tomorrow while Dr Ahmad Yunus Hairi will have an audience on Wednesday.
The three PAS men were named by PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang as his candidates for the menteri besar post in his first letter to the Selangor palace on September 2. – September 8, 2014.
