Is Azmin really Anwar's 'errand boy' as Utusan claims OR has he already struck secret deal of his own with Palace to betray Azizah?

KUALA LUMPUR - PKR deputy president Azmin Ali will likely have to turn down a possible appointment as Selangor mentri besar if party de-facto chief Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has his way in the matter, Umno-owned Utusan Malaysia claimed today.
The Sunday edition of the paper, Mingguan Malaysia, claimed that Azmin will end up a victim of Anwar's machinations, since the latter is adamant that the post be given to his wife and PKR President Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail.
“As long as his wife does not become mentri besar, his mission will not end. Awang considers Azmin as nothing more than an errand boy for Anwar, not a trusted leader. Such is the power of Anwar's nepotism and pity people like Azmin,” wrote Awang Selamat, the paper's collective editorial voice.
News reports have cited Azmin and at least two other leaders from Pakatan Rakyat (PR) partners PAS as among the potential candidates to succeed embattled Mentri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim.
The Selangor palace recently announced that it will declare its choice for mentri besar this Tuesday but did not give any hints as to who it could be.
PKR and DAP had insisted on submitting on Wan Azizah's name as their candidate of choice, straining ties with the palace as the Sultan of Selangor had requested for more than two names for his consideration.
PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang broke ranks with his colleagues in PR and his own party, unilaterally submitting a list of three names to the sultan.
Utusan Malaysia today stated that it is “almost sure” that Dr Wan Azizah will not get the post despite Anwar's efforts, urging the two leaders to “accept reality” and set aside their lust for political power.
“It is clear the Kajang Move mobilised by Anwar has backfired and raised the liabilities on PKR and Pakatan.
“Anwar should immediately apologise to all PKR members, Pakatan and the rakyat for all the brought about by the Kajang Move (which was initially to make him mentri besar),” the paper said. -Malay Mail
