A dramatic video of how car thieves hijack and make off with a couple's car within seconds reportedly in Kuala Lumpur has been circulating online.
A clip circulating online shows a white car being parked, after which a couple get out of it.
Seconds later, while the couple are walking away from their car, another white car appears beside theirs.
Out comes a man dressed in black and who appears to be wearing a mask over his head.
He can be seen forcibly snatching the woman's car key. Her companion quickly pulls her back in an attempt to protect her from the thief.
The thief makes his way into the driver's seat while the couple watch from behind.
They then open the rear door and seem to be negotiating with the thief.
The thief drives away with the rear door still open while the victims back off.
The white car the thieves arrived in follows behind the couple's car.
While the couple are panicking, they see another black vehicle heading towards them and quickly approach and have a quick conversation with those inside.
