The council of advisors to the Selangor royalty will discuss the position of Selangor Menteri Besar Abdul Khalid Ibrahim tomorrow.
Abdul Khalid said today that a meeting has been convened by the advisors at Istana Kayangan tomorrow to discuss the matter following his sacking from PKR yesterday.
Khalid also said today that he has been "advised" not to make any further statements by his lawyer.
Abdul Khalid today met Selangor Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah (left) at the state mosque in Shah Alam to officiate a state level haji course.
He told reporters after the event that he would personally meet the sultan tomorrow after the council's meeting in order to determine the palace's stand on the issue.
Meanwhile, Abdul Khalid also showed no indication that he would appeal his sacking from PKR.
"My priority is to be menteri besar, and run the state," he answered curtly when asked if he would be doing that.
The palace can choose either to dissolve the state assembly or ask Abdul Khalid to seek a vote in the state legislative assembly to determine his support among state representatives.
